A free suite of developer utilities that run entirely in your browser. No accounts, no ads, no data collection.

What is DevUtils?

DevUtils is a collection of 20+ free online developer tools built to help programmers, designers, and digital creators format, convert, encode, hash, and inspect data without leaving the browser tab. Every tool is designed to be lightweight, fast, and usable without reading a manual.

The project exists because most developer utilities on the web either require an account, bombard you with ads, or quietly send your data to remote servers. DevUtils was built as a clean alternative: open the page, paste your data, and get results immediately.

Privacy First: Nothing Leaves Your Machine

All processing is performed client-side with native JavaScript APIs. This means your JSON, Base64 strings, passwords, and file contents never touch our servers. There is no backend database, no tracking pixels, and no telemetry. The site uses Google Analytics for traffic measurement only, with IP anonymization enabled.

Supported Formats & Standards

DevUtils supports widely-used web and developer standards: JSON (RFC 8259), Base64 (RFC 4648), JWT (RFC 7519), UUID v4 (RFC 4122), URL Encoding (RFC 3986), Markdown (CommonMark), HTML Entities, Unix Timestamps, CSS, CRON expressions, Regular Expressions (ECMAScript), and YAML / JSON bidirectional conversion.
